We deliver your local orders within Wirral in our van Monday – Saturday. These deliveries will be between 9am and 5pm but we do aim to get all deliveries completed by 3pm. Whilst we always try our best to fulfil timed delivery requests, this is not always possible due to busy times in the shop, weddings and funerals.
If the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery our driver will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet. If that isn’t an option, they try a neighbour. Lastly they will call the recipients phone number, as we try to keep it a surprise as long as possible!. A calling card will be popped through the door to say where the flowers have been left. The flowers must be delivered as they are perishable.
National Delivery for Bouquets
For all bouquets ordered to be delivered outside Wirral. We post them using the APC next day delivery service and they are due to be with the recipient by 4pm. This is a tracked service Tuesday – Friday and if you provide us with your email address, you will receive a tracking number. It is best that you know the recipient will be at home on the selected delivery date as a signature is required on delivery. Although we do put a note on the box asking the Delivery person to leave the bouquet as we would, it’s their duty to return it to the local depot. So, this is purely down to their own discretion and unfortunately something we have no control over. There is a flat rate of £12.50 per bouquet for national delivery service with a 2kg weight limit. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to no one being home.
